--do-not-resolve-by-default gets overwritten if --warn-if-resolved flags is used

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      When creating an incubator Modular Jar using the --do-not-resolve-by-default and --warn-if-resolved, I've found out that the first flag gets overwritten when specifying the --warn-if-resolved.
