If a missing settings file (.jfc) is specified to JFR.start, XX:StartFlightRecording or jfr configure, the error message sometimes says the file can't be parsed. This is very confusing, especially if the filename is a typo.
The message should say the file can't be found, which was always the case in releases prior to JDK 17.
