tools/jlink/plugins/CompressorPluginTest.java was added to problemlist because of intermittent failures noted in https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8247407.

I've run numerous attempts (1000 odd test repeats) to reproduce this failure (after removing it from problemlist) against the CI setup and haven't reproduced the issue against mainline during the past few weeks. As such, I would like to remove this test from the problem listing. If it does fail, after it has been removed from the problem listing, I plan to collect necessary data to fix any lingering issues in this area.
