Get rid of IID_IExtractIconW definition in ShellFolder2.cpp

      ShellFolder2.cpp has copies of definitions from Windows headers:

      IID_IShellFolder2, IID_IShellLinkW, IID_IExtractIconW

      These were added to handle Windows 9x which didn't support Unicode.

      They could come from Windows header now.
