Several gc tests (taken from JDK-8228493) use -XX:+IgnoreUnrecognizedVMOptions instead of @requires vm.debug or @requires vm.bits==32.

Some even do not need IgnoreUnrecognizedVMOptions.

Look through them and improve the tests to not use IgnoreUnrecognizedVMOptions - its use carries the risks mentioned in JDK-8228493
