Currently, IGV highlights only one graph in the outline when a difference graph is shown. Change IGV to highlight both graphs of a difference graph when they are in the same group.

IGV colors the nodes in a difference graph with yellow/red/green to highlight the changes. This works only if the difference graph is calculated using the slider. If you use the context menu "Difference to current graph" the difference graph is calculated but the colors are missing - fix this.
