PPC64: replaced frame::alignment_in_bytes with frame::frame_alignment

      JDK-8284161 (Impl. of Virtual Threads) introduced frame::frame_alignment as part of the platform abstraction. The preexisting frame::alignment_in_bytes should be replaced with the new frame::frame_alignment.
