MutableSpaceMangler is misplaced

      SpaceMangler has two subclasses, GenSpaceMangler and MutableSpaceMangler. Both are defined in gc/shared/spaceMangler.*.

      MutableSpaceMangler is specific to ParallelGC, and should be placed with it, rather than being in gc/shared files.
