Rename G1ParScanThreadState::flush to flush_stats

In the review for JDK-8288966 it has been suggested to rename G1ParScanThreadState::flush() (and similarly G1ParScanThreadStateSet::flush()) to flush_stats() to better correspond to what the methods do
