      The backport of JDK-8239708 (commit: https://github.com/openjdk/jdk11u-dev/commit/75b3e45fe9d16a8e29f4fd51f93e01acc9436562) brought a change from JDK-8210962 to basic.m4.

      Diff:
      - CONF_NAME="${OPENJDK_TARGET_OS}-${OPENJDK_TARGET_CPU}-${JDK_VARIANT}-${JVM_VARIANTS_WITH_AND}-${DEBUG_LEVEL}"
      + CONF_NAME="${OPENJDK_TARGET_OS}-${OPENJDK_TARGET_CPU}-${JVM_VARIANTS_WITH_AND}-${DEBUG_LEVEL}"

      This should be reverted as JDK-8210962 changes build system behavior and is hence not a good fit for a backport.
