ZGC: Out of address space

      If you run certain applications for days with ZGC, you can run out of address space. It could look like this in the log:

      Out of address space
      Force to lower max java heap size from 50G(100%) to 50G(100%)
      Out of address space
      Force to lower max java heap size from 50G(100%) to 50G(100%)
      Out of address space
      Force to lower max java heap size from 50G(100%) to 50G(100%)

      It ends up in a weird loop. This was reported on the zgc-dev mailing list.
