      Description

        JDK-8223319 added escaping of "&" in replacements for SetupTextFileProcessing() function from open/make/common/TextFileProcessing.gmk file, but other files were also changed in the patch.
        Don't need other changes, but only the fix for SetupTextFileProcessing() function.
