adjust timeout for another JLI GetObjectSizeIntrinsicsTest.java subtest

Another sub-test in the following test has timed out in my
recent stress testing runs on jdk-20+19:

java/lang/instrument/GetObjectSizeIntrinsicsTest.java#id8

Here's my notes for these failures:

# jdk-20+19_1_linux-x64 - observed in jdk-20+19 testing on 2022.10.13 on
# linux-x64 in slowdebug config:
# - -Xmx8g -Xbatch -XX:-TieredCompilation config
# - timeout at 1490.949 PASSED while timeout handler was running
# jdk-20+19_2_linux-x64 - observed in jdk-20+19 testing on 2022.10.14 on
# linux-x64 in slowdebug config:
# - -Xmx8g -Xbatch -XX:-TieredCompilation config
# - timeout at 1489.805 PASSED while timeout handler was running
# jdk-20+19_3_linux-x64 - observed in jdk-20+19 testing on 2022.10.15 on
# linux-x64 in slowdebug config:
# - -Xmx8g -Xbatch -XX:-TieredCompilation config
# - timeout at 1481.296 PASSED while timeout handler was running
