Text: Fails to render Arabic

      As a user, I expect TextArea or Text to render Arabic "[ ﷽ ]" with no special effort. Both TextArea and Text fail on Mac M1. Windows 10 produces slightly different result, but also completely fails to render.

      Please see the screenshot - the bottom part is expected rendering, copied from Eclipse.
