In IGV graphs can be opened in several tabs and then display them side-by-side. Currently, when the user selects nodes in tab A the selection is also applied in tab B. And if the user extracts a subset of nodes in tab A, the subset is also extracted in tab B. This feature can sometimes be useful, but otherwise it is annoying.

Introduce a new global button to link and unlink the selection and visible nodes of different tabs.
