[TESTBUG] HotSpotResolvedJavaFieldTest does not run

      Description

        JDK-8296967 introduced a new test, HotSpotResolvedJavaFieldTest, which never seems to run. When tried to only run that test it spits this out:

        Error: Not a test or directory containing tests: compiler/jvmci/jdk.vm.ci.hotspot.test/src/jdk/vm/ci/hotspot/test/HotSpotResolvedJavaFieldTest.java

        It's missing @test tags et al for it to run. Once that's fixed it runs/passes fine.
