It would be better for RFC links in the API documentation to link to www.rfc-editor.org as mentioned here:
https://mail.openjdk.org/pipermail/net-dev/2022-November/019644.html

This could be also an opportunity to double check whether any of these links should/could be updated to point to a newer version of the documents.
