vmTestbase/nsk debugging tests should be run using driver and apply java/vm options to debuggee only

      vmTestbase/nsk/jdi run debugger code with vmoption, which means that it runs debugger code with Xcomp and other stress options which take too many time.

      Need to check if there are any other similar tests in VmTestbase. jdb/aod/jdwp and might be monitoring?
