In order to reduce the noise in the JDK20 CI, I'm ProblemListing:

java/awt/Mixing/AWT_Mixing/ViewportOverlapping.java

on windows-x64.

This test has failed 6 times in the JDK20 CI since 2022.11.16
under two different "misc windows bugs":

JDK-8253184 [TEST_BUG] client tests failing on Windows_10_pro
JDK-8295813 misc client tests failing on Windows_11_Pro

The test has been linked by itself and in combination with other
tests. It's a mess to say the least, but one of the noisiest of the
"misc windows bugs" offenders.
