JFR: Turn MEMFLAGS into a type for use with the NativeMemoryUsage events

    Description

      The NativeMemoryUsage and NativeMemoryUsageTotal events currently uses the string representation of the NMT types when sending events. It would be more efficient to create a JFR type for the different MEMFLAGS and just send the identifier.
