      Implement support for the SLH-DSA hash based signature scheme as specified in FIPS 205: https://csrc.nist.gov/pubs/fips/205/final. SLH-DSA is based on SPHINCS+ and was selected for standardization in the third round of the NIST post-quantum cryptography project.
