Document the "Default" SSLContext protocol in the Standard Algorithm Names specification

      SSLContext.getDefault says that "Default" is used as the protocol name, but this is not listed as one of the protocols in the SSLContext section of the Standard Algorithm Names specification. This is an oversight and we should add it is part of the SSLContext API specification.
