General description of the problem:
Test "javax/swing/JFileChooser/FileSystemView/CustomFSVLinkTest.java" fails on Windows 10 x64 because there are some buttons did not display the button name.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run command: ksh /cygdrive/c/jtreg/bin/jtreg -testjdk:/cygdrive/c/jdk-20 -exclude:/cygdrive/c/reg/open/test/jdk/ProblemList.txt -verbose -gui -w resultsopen/JTwork -r resultsopen/report -manual /cygdrive/c/reg/open/test/jdk/:jdk_desktop
2. Run test case: javax/swing/JFileChooser/FileSystemView/CustomFSVLinkTest.java
3. Wait for the test to run completely

Expected behavior:
Display the content of the buttons

Actual behavior:
The buttons did not display the button name
