Recently, a bug in the glass code on mac has been discovered, as it causes apps to crash when using a JDK build with a recent Xcode version [see https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8296654]
In order to backport the PR that fixes this bug into JavaFX 19, we need to update the patch version to 1 for building 19.0.2.1.
