Update TLS tests to use SSLContextTemplate and SSLEngineTemplate

      Many tests in `test/jdk/javax/net/ssl` use binary keystore and truststore files.

      Review the tests and update them -- when appropriate -- to use SSLEngineTemplate and SSLContextTemplate to generate SSLContext for the tests.
