    Description

      JDK-8241780 provided the ability to use \n@ in inline tags that use inlineText (like {@code}, {@literal}) but omitted support in inline tags that use inlineContent(). This is inconsistent and should be fixed. Also, the spec says:

      Lines beginning with @ that are enclosed within an inline tag are not considered as beginning a block tag.
