[AIX] Revisit CommittedVirtualMemoryTest

      Currently, the Gtest CommitedVirtualMemoryTest is commented out on AIX. However, since both, JDK-8202772 and JDK-8204552 are resolved now, it should be enabled again and potential issues resolved.
