[Lilliput] Failing CompressedClassPointerEncoding.java

      After merging jdk-21+8, the Lilliput-only test runtime/CompressedOops/CompressedClassPointerEncoding.java started failing because of 2 misaligned compressed class spaces. I commented out those two configurations for now. It can easily be reproduced by removing the comments in the test and running the test on x86_64.
