Compile command in compiler.loopopts.TestRemoveEmptyCountedLoop does not work

      Description

        This test uses the asterisk operator in CompileOnly which is not supported:
         -XX:CompileOnly=compiler.loopopts.TestRemoveEmptyCountedLoop::test*

        We should use CompileCommand=compileonly instead to use the asterisk operator.
