      Description

        With the fix for the following bug in place:

            JDK-8300926 Several startup regressions ~6-70% in 21-b6 all platforms

        ContinuousCallSiteTargetChange.java no longer needs to be disabled in slowdebug mode.

        However, I'm still seeing timeouts of the test with slowdebug bits on macosx-aarch64
        during my stress runs. I have repurposed this bug ID to adjust the default timeout
        for the test.
