Math.log using the generic dlog intrinsic is much slower than StrictMath.log on aarch64.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Disable the _dlog intrinsic on aarch64 like -XX:DisableIntrinsic=_dlog do and use the StrictMath implementation.
