Title border is not rendered for JCheckBox & JRadioButton

      I have a two JCheckBox & two JRadoioButton on a frame. I am invoking setBorder(BorderFactory.createTitledBorder("Border") on JCheckBox & JRadioButton but TitleBorder is not seen or title is not screen. But I can see Border occupying the same.

      I tested on JDK 8u201/b79 , JDK 19 b36, JDK20 b36 and Border Title is not seen.

      I search in JBS for the same scenario and found https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-4083415 which was fixed in JDK 1.2.0
