(zipfs) Introduce new system property to turn off JDK-8251329 restrictions

        JDK-8251329 introduced behavioural changes for the zipfs API. Even though the change relates to badly generated zip archives, this change might be unsuitable for some older environments. As an interoperability aid, a new system property could be introduced in JDK Update releases to revert such changes.

        A CSR will be required for such a change.
