Currently, links to generic types in various index pages generate the maximum detail for type parameters, meaning dedicated links for all type parameters and bounds. Showing type bounds and extra links seems excessive for index pages. In addition, executable elements in index pages include the whole signature in the link label. It seems like including type parameters in the main link label would make sense to unify the look of these pages.
