VerifyRememberedSets and VerifyObjectStartArray enable some optional verification in parallel GC.

It would be better to enable these by default (because when you are verifying it's better to have as much verification as possible) or even better just remove them.

If needed it would be good to improve performance of Parallel GC verification by parallelization.
