java/foreign/TestSegmentCopy.java is timing out on WSL/Linux and the zero VM configuration. Failing reliably on the former, and intermittently on the latter.

The test runs in just a few seconds on other platforms, but on the failing platforms the tests seems to complete, but then jtreg hangs when waiting for the MainWrapper thread to join.
