[Linux] Replace obsolete XIM as Input Method Editor

      XIM is obsolete and known to not work well - modern Linux environments uses ibus or fcitx.

      IME on JavaFX is currently not working (on recent linux distros).

      Then plan is to replace it with Gtk API.
