Ensemble8 crashes when we select different demos one after another

      Launch Ensemble8 using Metal Pipeline on latest code -> continue selecting different demos from thumbnail.

      It is fairly easy to reproduce, like by the time we select some 15th demo i am seeing crash.

      Crash i see at clearRTT() and drawIndexedQuads() methods in MTLContext.m. Attached crash logs for the same.
