Document Sequenced Collection in the Collections framework overview and outline

      SequencedCollection was integrated, but we missed updating the Collection Framework Overview and Outline in the implementation. We should update it, and tweak some other legacy terms, such as "List - Ordered collection, also known as a sequence."
