      ADDITIONAL SYSTEM INFORMATION :
      Windows 10

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I use Classic Shell for the old style start menu. I have a neatly organised structure with the Java folder moved to the Tools folder.
Whenevery Java updates, it completely ignores my user settings and forces its shortcuts in ..\Start Menu\Programs

Please remove this feature. There is no need to put them there with every update. If I want the shortcuts there, I wouldn't have removed them, so there wouldn't be any need to place them there. If I removed them, I did so on purpose and you should not override my choices.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      1. Install Java
      2. Move start menu shortcuts
      3. (auto) update java

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
No shortcuts where I don't want them
      ACTUAL -
Shortcuts where I don't want them

      CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
      Remove shortcuts after every update.

      FREQUENCY : always
