JDK-8303530 redefines JAXP Configuration File, the Java Security Developer’s Guide, section 12 Java API for XML Processing (JAXP) Security Guide needs to be updated. In particular, "Scope and Order" may be rewritten by following the java.xml module-summary specification, and "Using JAXP Properties" where "jaxp.properties" was mentioned needs to replace "jaxp.properties" with "JAXP Configuration File" and adds "jaxp.properties" as the default configuration file, again, refer to the java.xml module-summary.
