[testbug] Use Util::waitForIdle instead of Toolkit::firePulse in system tests

      In ChoiceBoxScrollUpOnCollectionChangeTest and ContextMenuNPETest, Toolkit::firePulse is used. This might artificially alter the control flow. Hence use Util::waitForIdle to trigger and wait for required number of pulses.
