Extend hs_err logging for all VM operations deriving from VM_GC_Operation

      After JDK-8309210 a VM operation can implement const char* cause() which is used in hs_err logging to better describe the VM operation. For VM_GC_Operations we should implement this function and have it return the text translation of the GCCause.
