Socket.isInputShutdown and isOutputShutdown don't specify what is returned when socket is closed

      Socket.isBound and isConnected are clear what they return if the socket was bound or connected prior to closed. Socket.isXXXXShutdown don't specify what they return when the Socket is closed.
