HttpClient: debugging interestOps/readyOps could cause exceptions and smaller cleanup

      java.net.http has debug statement that prints interestOps/readyOps, but obtaining those from SelectionKey could raise exceptions.
      Also ALPN constants should probably be extracted to their own class.
