[lworld+vector] Max Species support.

Currently multifield annotation accept constant value which represent lane count for typed vector payloads.

VectorAPI defines 4 concrete species of 64, 128, 256 and 512 bits for various vector types.

Apart from these, there are two more species type PREFERRED and MAX.

Newly added Valhalla support to Vector API lacks vectors, shuffles and masks corresponding to MAX species.
