[linux] SIGSEGV if kernel was built without hugepage support

      Description

        JDK-8310233 moved the static hugepage detection code around. It thereby triggered a pre-existing bug where we would not check the result of opendir(3) for NULL before starting to scan the static hugepages configuration directory.
