CreateCoredumpOnCrash
is enabled by default except the Windows client systems with release binaries.
So it makes sense to switch it on explicitly on Windows for testing. It still could be redefined by adding '-XX-CreateCoredumpOnCrash' as vmoption if needed like for default setting.
