Remove MetaspaceShared::_has_error_classes

    Description

      The MetaspaceShared::_has_error_classes is currently set to true in MetaspaceShared::try_link_class and is set to false in MetaspaceShared::preload_classes.
      However, its value is never checked.
      So the MetaspaceSpace::_has_error_classes could be removed.
