hsperfdata should export module path and "launcher" metadata

hsperfdata exposes certain metrics metadata about the operation of the hotspot JVM, included in this is some metadata about the application running including classpath etc.

however it does not expose any metadata regarding either the module subsystem or the type of launcher used to initiate the JVM (in particular if the JVM was launched from a jlink'ed "application".

this additional metadata would be useful to expose for jvmstat clients
